Industrial R.O. System |
|
|
Our
company offers industrial R.O Systems for Pre-treatment required which is required for conditioning of raw water depends upon its
characteristics. The respective treatment stages include coagulation, chlorination, filtration, de-chlorination, acidification and scale inhibition. With respect to the quality of water needed, post treatment is provided which consists of degasification, Ph correction and ion exchange demineralization.

| Principle : When a concentrated solution and pure water is separated by a semi-permeable membrane, naturally occurring osmotic pressure forces pure water through the membrane, diluting the salt solution, which is called “OSMOSIS”. The flow of pure water continues til equilibrium is reached and the state when the
difference in the levels of two solutions is equal to the osmotic pressure, it is called osmotic equilibrium. When a pressure greater than the osmotic pressure is applied to the salt solution,The membrane technology is able to produce water with resistivity greater than 1meg. Ohm. when applied in a 2-pass reverse osmosis (RO) System which is properly designed and operated. A series of controlled experiments shows that membrane rejection fluctuates in response to the feed’s Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and Ph values, cross flow rates and element recovery levels. The functioning of elements in the second-pass of an RO system are most dramatically effected. |
