BIG BLUE (BB) FILTER HOUSING
• These are large capacity NSF listed, FDA
approved, food-grade filter housings. The body is constructed of
reinforced polypropylene, and is available in two different lengths
- 10” & 20”. The larger body size allows for higher cartridge
capacity and higher flow rate up to 12 m3lhr.
• Ideal for applications like whole-house municipal! bore well water
filtration, commercial Reverse Osmosis systems, swimming pools &
spas filtration, hot tubs, irrigation, farm and many other
commercial uses.
• Supplied with pressure release valve to release air and with 3/4,
I” or l-V2 “ openings for versatility. Flow rates are based on
cartridge selection and fluid viscosity.
• Choice of double 0-ring, patented housings are also available. The
burst pressure of these housings is 500-psi to prevent the breakage
for safe protection. These can be used for a 125-psi operating
pressure and 50°C temperature. |

sand, salt, rust and many chemical and mechanical impurities. The
percolation precision is 0.22, I, 5, 10, 20 and 30 micron. It can be
used in water, chemical, pharmacy, beverage and so on. It can be
reused by washing with pressurized water. The operating temperature
should be below 60°C. |

STANDARD FILTER HOUSING
• These Filter Housings are manufactured from the
highest quality NSF listed, FDA grade polypropylene or acrylic
styrene/SAN material. 100% leak-proof sealing is accomplished by
compression against a top sealed EPDM o-ring in the sump. Thick wall
and ribs reinforce and make the housings more sturdy. The
polypropylene construction has excellent chemical resistance for use
with most acids, alcohol, ammonia, oils, plating solutions and
beverages.
• Ideal for many applications like home use Reverse Osmosis systems,
countertop filtration for drinking, cooking, all food applications,
lab service and vending machines.
• Can be supplied with and without pressure release valve to release
air and with 3/8”, V2’, 3/4 openings, brass/non brass connection to
match flow ratings and piping configurations. Flow rates are based
on cartridge selection and fluid viscosity.
